- Efficiently navigate digital tools while maintaining a personalized human touch.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to attend mandatory 3-week onsite training in London, Leeds, or Manchester.
- Willingness to travel to Leeds or Manchester for occasional in-person meetings.
- Proficiency in adopting new digital tools to enhance customer service.
- Strong empathy and ability to act as a professional brand ambassador.
- High level of ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
