Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom. Remote position with requirements to travel to Leeds or Manchester for occasional meetings and mandatory onsite training in London, Leeds, or Manchester.

  • Own customer interactions from start to finish across chat, email, phone, and social channels.
  • Resolve complex issues with empathy to turn challenges into positive customer experiences.
  • Identify and share recurring patterns and insights to improve overall service quality.
  • Develop deep product expertise to provide authentic guidance to customers.
  • Efficiently navigate digital tools while maintaining a personalized human touch.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Ability to attend mandatory 3-week onsite training in London, Leeds, or Manchester.
  • Willingness to travel to Leeds or Manchester for occasional in-person meetings.
  • Proficiency in adopting new digital tools to enhance customer service.
  • Strong empathy and ability to act as a professional brand ambassador.
  • High level of ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
