What you will do

• Lead QA teams across multiple critical projects and parallel initiatives.
• Define the Test Strategy and prepare the Master Test Plan.
• Monitor and report QA KPIs and overall testing progress.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment across different teams.
• Identify risks and define mitigation actions within QA streams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of experience in QA / Testing.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and managing large QA teams.
• ISTQB Advanced Certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Fluent Portuguese and English (minimum B2).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
