What you will do

• Drive the security-by-design approach across development teams to raise the technical and strategic bar.
• Create and maintain long-term strategic plans for security integration.
• Analyze IT standards against current performance to identify and remediate security gaps.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes in application and platform security.
• Manage the prioritization and flow of work within the security backlogs.
• Translate complex cyber security risks into actionable insights for non-expert stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cyber Security, IT, Risk Management, or the Banking sector.
• Proven track record in building and communicating long-term strategic visions.
• Deep understanding of DevOps Security, application security, and platform security.
• Background in application development is highly preferred.
