Salary: €83,000 – €117,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Translate security policies, standards, and regulations (including NIS2) into concrete technical and organizational security measures.
• Provide hands-on security consultancy to IT and project teams to ensure security-by-design principles.
• Validate security questionnaires and assessments for external suppliers and partners.
• Support and execute disaster recovery (DR) tests.
• Contribute to awareness initiatives and activities that strengthen the organization's security culture.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented security controls and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an IT security or security engineering role.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure security, Entra ID, ZTNA, SSDLC, CIS controls, and firewall configurations.
• Proven ability to translate regulations and standards into actionable security controls.
• Must be based in or able to work from Rotterdam, Netherlands to maintain the hybrid office requirement.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or Azure-related certifications.
