What you will do

• Develop and maintain multi-tenant backend services and APIs using Go and gRPC within Kubernetes.
• Design and implement high-performance data modeling solutions and canonical product data models.
• Create APIs following Google AIP standards with a focus on multi-tenancy.
• Design architecture changes via ADRs while adhering to established engineering principles.
• Build and maintain integrations between backend services and multiple SaaS product content systems.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and L2 support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience with Go (Golang).
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, data structures, and backend fundamentals.
• Proficiency in designing and consuming APIs and working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Git, Docker, and unit/integration testing.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Must be based in the EU region with a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating GenAI into the SDLC using prompt patterns or custom workflows.
• Familiarity with agent-based workflows and AI-augmented development.
