Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Monitor fraud KPIs daily and analyze abnormalities in collaboration with Data Analytics team
• Apply insights to update automated fraud prevention systems
• Develop deep understanding of fraud KPIs, processes, and tools across all platforms
• Act as fraud expert for internal teams (Business, Marketing, Finance, Product, Legal) and external partners
• Recommend scalable processes for evolving transaction patterns and contribute to fraud KPI goals
• Plan and drive fraud-related projects, milestones, and deliverables

Requirements

• Fluency in English with clear, structured communication
• Professional experience in fraud prevention and managing high-volume e-commerce or financial fraud systems
• Experience processing data from various sources and turning it into actionable insights
• Data querying skills with SQL or BigQuery (advantage)
• Proven track record working toward business KPIs and OKRs
• Self-starter able to collaborate with global cross-functional teams in dynamic environment
