Location: Germany. This role involves up to 50% travel across the EMEA region.

What you will do

• Deliver Capture the Flag (CTF) events, hands-on workshops, and advanced investigative training sessions for customers and partners.
• Lead analyst enablement and onboarding during deployments to ensure effective platform operationalization.
• Translate complex investigative workflows into structured, scenario-based learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Deployment Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Engineering to tailor workshops to customer-specific use cases.
• Provide expert guidance on investigator functionality, case management, and analytical best practices.
• Conduct pre-delivery preparation, including dataset validation, environment setup, and exercise walkthroughs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital forensics, investigative support, intelligence analysis, or related fields.
• Deep operational knowledge of investigative analytics platforms, including advanced search and AI-driven insights.
• Demonstrated experience delivering CTFs, workshops, or advanced technical training with high customer satisfaction.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing instructional skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise deployments, platform onboarding, or user adoption initiatives.
