What you will do

• Support MES applications and technical environments, handling daily operations, incidents, and service requests
• Coordinate application and infrastructure changes, including testing, documentation, and deployments
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and reliability, proposing improvements
• Ensure GxP compliance through audit support, validation, backups, disaster recovery, patching, and upgrades
• Manage user access, security controls, and system integrity
• Collaborate with IT, OT, and business teams to support manufacturing processes and continuous improvements

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• 3+ years with MES (preferably Körber PAS-X or similar)
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux OS
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Database and PostgreSQL
• Experience in production support, GxP/GMP environments, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Ability to manage changes, testing, documentation, deployments, and collaboration with IT/OT teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Citrix virtualization
• Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes
