What you will do
- Collaborate with business units and third-party providers to address supply chain compliance risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence aligned with the global GRC framework.
- Analyze compliance data using Tableau to identify trends and evaluate control effectiveness.
- Manage the intake and review of reports from risk intelligence providers, escalating significant findings.
- Develop and automate project management processes for compliance risk tasks.
- Oversee reporting frameworks for Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and audit findings for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GRC, Audit, or Supply Chain Management focusing on operational or third-party risk.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau.
- Proven experience presenting complex risk and compliance information to senior management.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with supply chain risk management tools or third-party intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with trade compliance, sanctions, anti-bribery, environmental, and data privacy regulations.
