Product Manager (Mobile App)

What you will do

• Own the app funnel, usage, and customer engagement metrics across the entire lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
• Define and execute a product strategy and roadmap that balances customer value, commercial outcomes, and technical feasibility.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance guidance, automate tasks, and create intuitive, proactive customer experiences.
• Establish a strong experimentation culture by running structured A/B tests and data-driven discovery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with UX, Engineering, Data, and Architecture to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Prioritize the roadmap based on business impact, technical scalability, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong product management craft: discovery framing, opportunity mapping, prioritization, and outcome-based roadmaps/OKRs.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and provide clear direction to cross-functional teams.
• Proven skill in balancing customer value, business impact, and technical reality.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ballerup, Denmark to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong communication skills for aligning stakeholders from development teams to senior management.
