What you will do

• Estimate reserves to cover company liabilities using actuarial methods for short and long tailed business in Private Denmark.
• Collaborate closely with the Product & Price business unit and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in products, claims, and developments affecting reserves.
• Contribute to the integration of systems and processes following the merger of hirify.global and Topdanmark.
• Perform new analyses and reporting within the Nordic Actuary unit.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Actuarial Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in reserving/pricing within non-lhirify.globale insurance or actuarial consulting.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in Python programming and BI tools.
• Fluency in other Nordic languages.
• Experience applying a hybrid of classical and modern actuarial techniques to complex problems.
