Student Assistant Finance

TL;DR

Student Assistant Finance (SaaS): Supporting billing operations and customer invoicing with an accent on payment tracking and subscription management. Focus on maintaining financial data accuracy, managing customer inquiries, and optimizing ARR metrics.

Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark and be present in the office 2-3 times a week.

What you will do

• Manage the entry of signed agreements into the subscription management system to support seamless invoicing.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with agreed terms.
• Record and allocate incoming payments promptly and handle debt collection follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing and billing.
• Manage costs and review supplier invoices in the supplier management system.
• Support administrative finance tasks to optimize cashflow and ARR.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a relevant Master's degree (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, etc.) at a Danish university with at least one year remaining before graduation.
• Valid EU work permit and a clean criminal record.
• Working-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of financial documents and billing processes.
• Assertive yet tactful communication style and a service-oriented mindset.
