Salary: $163,280 - $236,745 / year

What you will do
- Lead the expansion of automation and AI programs into Finance departments.
- Establish and scale a net-new delivery team and operationalize the approved phased roadmap.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance for Finance automation and AI initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of UiPath and AI tooling in coordination with enterprise architecture and security.
- Represent the automation pillar in Finance governance forums and executive strategic planning.
- Develop, coach, and retain a diverse team aligned with corporate values.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (US Citizen, national, or permanent resident).
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, including at least 7 years in general leadership.
- Fluency in the AI landscape, including foundation models, agentic frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Strong command of FHIR APIs and integration/interoperability across source systems and data platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling automation or AI programs with measurable ROI.
- Experience in healthcare, academic medical centers, or large non-profit finance.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification.
