What you will do

• Lead the expansion of automation and AI programs into Finance departments.
• Establish and scale a net-new delivery team and operationalize the approved phased roadmap.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance for Finance automation and AI initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of UiPath and AI tooling in coordination with enterprise architecture and security.
• Represent the automation pillar in Finance governance forums and executive strategic planning.
• Develop, coach, and retain a diverse team aligned with corporate values.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (US Citizen, national, or permanent resident).
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, including at least 7 years in general leadership.
• Fluency in the AI landscape, including foundation models, agentic frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong command of FHIR APIs and integration/interoperability across source systems and data platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling automation or AI programs with measurable ROI.
• Experience in healthcare, academic medical centers, or large non-profit finance.

• Master's degree.
• Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification.
