What you will do

• Design and implement tailored integrations between the Nova product and customer systems to solve complex real-world challenges.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical environments, lead discovery sessions, and drive successful deployments.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure critical data is collected and connected efficiently.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, networking, and data issues within diverse customer environments.
• Influence product evolution by identifying gaps based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
• Operate as an independent owner of end-to-end customer integrations from discovery through to production.

Requirements

• Proficiency in software engineering with languages like Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL, including writing efficient queries and optimizing performance.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication methods, and networking fundamentals (VPNs, Firewalls, SSL/TLS).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification, including a fingerprint-based background check.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% to work closely with customers onsite.

• Experience in data analysis or machine learning.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Prior client-facing or consulting experience.
