What you will do

  • Partner with sales to identify merchant pain points and consult on the value of the hirify.global platform.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
  • Lead client engagements via discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and product demos.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to identify feature enhancements and new capabilities based on market insights.
  • Provide technical expertise to support business development and ensure rock-solid integrations.

Requirements

  • Experience in merchant-facing roles with complex API products, ideally within the payments industry.
  • Proficiency in leading discovery sessions and working with technical counterparts at large merchants.
  • Ability to understand, explain, and design complex technical specifications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and shift context in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Collaborative approach to working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
