What you will do
- Partner with sales to identify merchant pain points and consult on the value of the platform.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
- Lead client engagements via discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and product demos.
- Collaborate with Product teams to identify feature enhancements and new capabilities based on market insights.
- Provide technical expertise to support business development and ensure rock-solid integrations.
Requirements
- Experience in merchant-facing roles with complex API products, ideally within the payments industry.
- Proficiency in leading discovery sessions and working with technical counterparts at large merchants.
- Ability to understand, explain, and design complex technical specifications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shift context in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Collaborative approach to working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
