What you will do

• Lead structured customer discovery to translate complex requirements into technical solution options aligned with operational realities.
• Design and present end-to-end solution architectures across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid deployments.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to showcase technical capabilities and measurable value.
• Conduct Technical Business Reviews (TBRs) to align on adoption, roadmap, and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Analyze investigative workflows to optimize the case-to-closure (C2C) process using platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to provide field feedback and shape roadmap priorities based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in France.
• French language proficiency is required to support customers and stakeholders; English is the primary business language.
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services.
• Proven experience working with law enforcement, public safety, or government agencies.
• Solid IT foundation in Windows/Linux environments, networking, security, and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with digital forensics, eDiscovery, or incident response workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics and automation in operational settings.
• Relevant technical certifications in cloud platforms, security, or digital forensics.
• Background collaborating with Customer Success or Product Management organizations.
