What you will do

• Design end-to-end payment solutions for global merchants, aligning business models with technical capabilities.
• Lead technical deep-dives on payment logic, including tokenization, retry strategies, and settlement workflows.
• Own the technical onboarding journey for strategic partners, troubleshooting complex API and webhook issues.
• Identify revenue opportunities within existing integrations to enable upsell and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence future roadmaps based on merchant requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a PSP, gateway, or Fintech company.
• Full-stack understanding across frontend, APIs, backend services, and infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of payment operations, including reconciliation, settlement, and 3D Secure.
• Experience with headless commerce or platform-led integrations (marketplaces, composable stacks).
• Proficiency in technical discovery tools like Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin).
