What you will do

• Deliver functional and technical support to customers and partners via telephone, email, and chat.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for hirify.global products to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the appropriate internal teams.
• Write technical and functional content to contribute to the web-based FAQ knowledge base.
• Document product issues, enhancements, and requests within the internal tracking system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA and development teams to resolve complex problems.

Requirements

• Associates or BA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience in business support or customer service for web-based applications.
• Proficiency with browser technologies (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer) and various operating systems (Windows, MAC, iOS, Android).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
