What you will do

• Architect and maintain the foundational platform ecosystem that hosts various operational modules for the CX team.
• Design and implement secure intermediary layers to aggregate data and enforce strict RBAC authorization rules.
• Establish technical patterns, templates, and scaffolding to enhance Developer Experience (DX) and minimize regressions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to build technical solutions that reduce operational handling times and cognitive load.
• Mentor the engineering team by championing best practices in frontend architecture, accessibility, and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• English: Fluent or Advanced (B2+) required for clear technical communication.
• Deep expertise in React internals, rendering lifecycles, and web standards (HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP).
• Proven track record of designing scalable frontend solutions, including routing ecosystems and bundle optimization.
• Capability to design and consume secure API integration layers using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of Git strategies, CI/CD for frontends, and build/bundling optimizations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Core Frontend, Platform Enablement, or building Developer Tools.
• Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications for operational efficiency.
• Real-world experience implementing distributed frontend architectures within complex Monorepo setups.
• Background in regulated sectors (Fintech, Healthcare) dealing with strict data isolation and RBAC.
