TL;DR

Front-End Engineer II (React/Fintech): Developing user-friendly online applications for a high-scale payments platform with an accent on React single page apps and intuitive UX. Focus on creating robust, scalable code, integrating third-party software, and leveraging Generative AI to enhance development workflows.

Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid setup with requirement to commute to the nearest company Hub for in-person engagement activities.

Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Build high-scale web applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and cross-shore development teams to create intuitive online experiences.
  • Participate in Agile sprints, including planning, daily standups, and backlog grooming.
  • Analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, and implement root-cause fixes.
  • Integrate third-party vendor software into core products.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of professional web development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React single page web app development.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM-based workflows.
  • Experience with React component libraries and NPM.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins and continuous integration (CI) environments.
  • Experience with TDD and unit testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of implementing Accessibility (ADA) and Analytics requirements.
