What you will do

• Design and implement data connectors for diverse sources with robust authentication and monitoring.
• Build extraction workflows to parse documents, segment content, and enrich data with quality metrics.
• Create entity-resolution pipelines to match records accurately with transparent explanations for data stewards.
• Develop transformation and mapping tools featuring version control and impact analysis.
• Assemble high-quality golden records with full lineage, history tracking, and automated quality checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software or data engineering building production data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with comfort using Bash and Linux tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS services (S3, EC2, ECS, or EKS).
• Experience with distributed compute frameworks (Spark), workflow orchestration, or event streaming (Kafka).

Nice to have

• Experience building multi-agent workflows with AI tools, including routing, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Familiarity with LLM-powered enrichment, embeddings, vector stores, and quality evaluation techniques.
