What you will do

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as a Lean-Agile champion and change agent to identify and address process inefficiencies across value streams.
• Manage and report on delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown using Azure DevOps dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and priority alignment to ensure high-quality business outcomes.
• Implement and scale agile/lean/scrum practices and tools across the organization.
• Remove roadblocks and serve as a primary point of escalation for delivery challenges.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 8+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, specifically with advanced dashboard and metric capabilities.
• Proven experience operating within scaled and distributed agile environments.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, clients, and end-users.
• Experience creating high-performing agile teams in environments combining project management, product management, and DevOps.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAFe and experience leading Agile transformations.
• Experience working within a product operating model framework.
• Domain expertise in transportation, tolling, violations, or payments.
