What you will do
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as a Lean-Agile champion and change agent to identify and address process inefficiencies across value streams.
- Manage and report on delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown using Azure DevOps dashboards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and priority alignment to ensure high-quality business outcomes.
- Implement and scale agile/lean/scrum practices and tools across the organization.
- Remove roadblocks and serve as a primary point of escalation for delivery challenges.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 8+ years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, specifically with advanced dashboard and metric capabilities.
- Proven experience operating within scaled and distributed agile environments.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, clients, and end-users.
- Experience creating high-performing agile teams in environments combining project management, product management, and DevOps.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAFe and experience leading Agile transformations.
- Experience working within a product operating model framework.
- Domain expertise in transportation, tolling, violations, or payments.
