What you will do

• Administer methadone and buprenorphine as prescribed by the Medical Director or Clinic Physician.
• Evaluate and assess patients for treatment appropriateness and follow physician orders.
• Manage medication shipments and inventory reconciliation according to DEA and company procedures.
• Collect urine specimens and perform venipuncture as required.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and report medication discrepancies.
• Collaborate regularly with nursing team members and counselors to track patient progress.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of employment
• BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a medical office environment

Nice to have

• Experience in addiction medicine
• Knowledge of dosing equipment, centrifuges, physical assessment tools, and breathalyzers
