Configuration Data Analyst II (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Implement configuration data management policies, procedures, and standards for human-rated spaceflight.
• Reconcile As-Designed, As-Planned, and As-Built configurations and report discrepancies.
• Develop Acceptance Data Packages (ADP) for customers.
• Manage supplier data and mentor a team of auditors on data management policies.
• Lead and support change control meetings to document risks and change impacts.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a formal Configuration Management Organization, preferably in Aerospace and Defense.
• 3+ years of experience in BOM (Bill-of-Materials) reconciliation processes.
• Experience with complex product structures and effectivity frameworks from design to manufacture.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or protected status required due to EAR/ITAR export control regulations.
• Proficiency with PLM/data management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• AA/AS or BA/BS degree in a related technical or liberal arts discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3DExperience, ENOVIA, Windchill, Creo/CATIA, MPMLink, DELMIA, or MRP/MES systems.
• Experience with IBM Jazz products, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Familiarity with SAE EIA-649-C or MIL-STDs.
• AI skills.
