What you will do

• Own and define key product, business, and customer KPIs across the company.
• Analyze usage, funnels, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for clear visibility into performance.
• Partner with Product and Business teams to evaluate new features, initiatives, and experiments.
• Collaborate with engineering and data stakeholders to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Foster a data-driven culture by making insights actionable for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience working with BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
• Proven track record of translating large datasets into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex findings for different audiences.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, fintech, or payments.
• Proficiency with Python for data analysis (pandas, notebooks).
• Experience with AI-based tools for analytics, such as AI copilots or LLM-powered analysis.
