What you will do
- Lead local marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring brand alignment and effectiveness.
- Build and manage relationships with local partners and merchants to co-create growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement a local social media strategy with community-driven content.
- Collaborate with influencers to produce creative, high-impact content.
- Activate hyper-local organic and paid initiatives, including events and guerrilla marketing.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to translate insights into actionable improvements.
Requirements
- Experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, partnerships, events, influencer).
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical mindset to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in Norway to join the local marketing team.
