TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (AWS/MLOps): Designing, building, and maintaining scalable AWS cloud infrastructure for an AI-powered content management platform for life sciences with an accent on CI/CD automation, IaC, and MLOps. Focus on operationalizing machine learning models, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring security compliance in a regulated environment.

Location: Must be legally allowed to work within the Philippines

What you will do

  • Architect and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using EC2, Lambda, S3, EKS, and ECS.
  • Develop and maintain IaC templates using Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation to automate provisioning.
  • Design and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines via GitLab CI/CD for software and AI/ML models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and monitor ML models using AWS SageMaker.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using AWS CloudWatch and New Relic.
  • Integrate security best practices and compliance checks into the deployment lifecycle for the life sciences domain.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EKS, ECS, IAM, and CloudWatch.
  • Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions).
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools like AWS SageMaker, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
  • Must be legally allowed to work within the Philippines
