What you will do

• Verify timesheets by comparing reported time with client-approved data for accurate invoicing.
• Analyze trends in timesheet data to identify and resolve critical issues.
• Report trends to sales leadership and escalate missing timesheets.
• Collaborate with payroll and revenue teams to ensure accurate payments and billing.
• Conduct audits, retrieve missing timesheets, and process change forms.
• Resolve hours, pay, and expense discrepancies while maintaining detailed notes.

Requirements

• On-site work in Atlanta, Georgia required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, CONCAT, Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong data entry, mathematical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service experience.
• Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment, working independently and in teams.
