What you will do
- Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries via a product ticket system.
- Identify and replicate errors and defects through phone, web, and chat.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Create knowledge base articles to reduce ticket volume via deflection.
- Assist users with accounting transactions and financial reports like balance sheets.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience using MIP Accounting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice to have
- 2-year degree in Accounting or 2 years of Accounting work experience.
