What you will do

  • Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries via a product ticket system.
  • Identify and replicate errors and defects through phone, web, and chat.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Create knowledge base articles to reduce ticket volume via deflection.
  • Assist users with accounting transactions and financial reports like balance sheets.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience using MIP Accounting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

  • 2-year degree in Accounting or 2 years of Accounting work experience.
