What you will do

• Arrange shipping and logistics requirements for all property, coordinating both domestic and international movements.
• Procure and coordinate services with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of fine art.
• Manage quote requests, select suitable shippers, and monitor shipment progress to resolve issues.
• Prepare and submit customs documents and apply for CITES or other required licenses.
• Coordinate interoffice transfers between international offices and generate pre-alerts for counterparts.
• Ensure all logistics activities are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in shipping roles.
• Fluency in English, French, and German is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, packing methods, transportation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, client-focused, and deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend hours when necessary is required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Italian.
• Prior experience with fine art shipping.
• Experience working with SAP.
