Location: Must be based in Central Europe (working from home or in one of the Central European offices)
Salary: €2,300 gross per month

What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of ~20 clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor and industry expert to challenge the status quo and guide client growth.
- Ensure the product delivers continuous value and aligns with the clients' goals and business strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end ownership of client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
- Balance the needs of the client and the product to ensure a win-win cooperation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of work experience, with 2+ years in B2B SaaS focusing on e-commerce analytics or marketing.
- Proven track record as an Account Manager, CSM, or within a media/advertising agency.
- Strong ability to use analytical concepts and KPIs to drive business decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends and the ability to quickly grasp diverse business models.
- English: Working proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in Central Europe.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Russian, French, Italian, or Spanish.
- Experience with marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, or attribution modelling.
