What you will do

• Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to audiologists across the region.
• Develop tailored training materials to effectively showcase product capabilities.
• Act as a strategic partner between the sales team and hearing care professionals.
• Support product launches, onboarding, and key account activities.
• Employ diverse learning methods, including both in-person and digital formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to alihirify.global training delivery with strategic organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in audiology.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Proven experience in hearing aid dispensing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in training delivery and adult learning principles.
• Ability to self-manage schedules and maintain flexibility for ad hoc events.
