What you will do

• Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to audiologists across Benelux.
• Develop tailored training materials for products, launches, onboarding, and key accounts.
• Act as a partner between sales team and hearing care professionals.
• Use in-person and digital learning methods to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to alihirify.global training with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in audiology
• Fluent in Dutch and French
• Experience in hearing aid dispensing
• Stakeholder management skills
• Training delivery skills with adult learning principles
• Effective communicator able to engage and inspire
• Self-managing with flexible schedule for ad hoc events; 80% travel in Benelux
