What you will do

• Lead IT compliance initiatives and serve as the primary interface between audit groups and the Information Technology Department.
• Analyze and interpret audit requests and reports to provide expert advice on formal responses and remediation.
• Develop and execute compliance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of general controls and operating processes.
• Maintain IT risks, controls, policies, and standards within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system.
• Collaborate with IT personnel to develop and implement process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Negotiate acceptable timeframes to comply with audit findings with auditors and IT management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in audit or technology compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and FFIEC.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data mining purposes.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
