What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations (SecOps) implementation projects for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow architectural designs.
• Facilitate architecture and design workshops, presenting guidance to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on implementation of complex technical solutions to ensure high delivery quality standards.
• Maintain expertise in ServiceNow platform developments to apply industry best practices to client solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL, attending in-person at least three days per week.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow solutions architecture, with 2+ years specifically in Risk and/or Security Operations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Risk and Compliance, VRM, SIR, or VR.
• Proven experience working within a professional consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of security and compliance regulations and industry best practices.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
• Experience with security tools like Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, or CrowdStrike.
• Experience operating within an integrated global practice.
