What you will do

• Monitor security and compliance mailboxes to manage customer inquiries and requests for information.
• Analyze questionnaires to determine priority and develop detailed response plans.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and security experts to ensure accurate technical responses.
• Represent the company during customer audits, both on-site and remotely.
• Maintain and update customer-facing security documentation in the central library and product portal.
• Identify and implement automation for intake processes and standard responses to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role within banking, credit unions, or technology companies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Outstanding English language proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into professional non-technical responses.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in compliance, fintech infosec, or financial services.

Nice to have

• College graduate or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or financial services.
• Understanding of financial or technical products in cloud environments.
