What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding organizational communication, contract management, and dispute resolution.
• Establish and communicate clear expectations on the roles and responsibilities of the services provided by the company.
• Manage the marketing of additional products and services to clients.
• Ensure client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Meet internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Specialization in Nephrology and case review required.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel 15-60% of the time.
