What you will do

• Own end-to-end data projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Analyze player behavior to drive insights on game performance, progression, and monetization.
• Define and implement robust KPIs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Design and optimize data models and datasets for analytical needs.
• Ensure data quality and consistency by validating assumptions and identifying issues.
• Integrate AI tools and approaches to improve data workflows.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in advanced analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, large-scale datasets, and ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and orchestration tools like dbt.
