What you will do

• Deliver actionable commercial and customer-centric insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance business performance
• Develop advanced analyses, predictive models, and executive-level reports to identify trends and growth opportunities across platforms
• Collaborate with business leaders and divisions to implement forecasts, process improvements, and analytical tools supporting strategic goals
• Supervise and mentor a Junior Analyst in an inclusive, high-performance environment
• Champion innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Italian (Native) and fluent English (B2) are mandatory
• At least 5 years experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, Customer Analyst) in a structured environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science)
• Strong analytical skills in dynamic e-commerce environments with advanced proficiency in Excel, SAS, SQL, and Python
• Expertise in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) to create actionable dashboards and recommendations
• Commercial acumen linking KPIs to financial impacts, excellent communication, and experience managing juniors
