What you will do

• Perform daily transaction reconciliation across Excel-based accounting systems and automated platforms.
• Conduct periodic financial reconciliations (weekly, monthly, annual) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Create and maintain financial accounting workbooks and ledgers tailored to merchant and partner requirements.
• Manage merchant tariff onboarding and process settlement calculations.
• Maintain daily financial performance dashboards and update foreign exchange rates across systems.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for Account Management and Sales teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst within fintech, banking, or similar financial environments.
• Solid Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and multiple systems.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
• Availability to finish daily reconciliations by 10:00 AM EET/EEST.
