Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week onsite in Östermalm, Stockholm)

What you will do
- Own local accounting operations, including tax and external reporting, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Act as the primary accounting lead in external audits, coordinating activities and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Establish robust reporting processes, governance frameworks, and internal controls for financial transactions.
- Drive continuous improvements through digitalization and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and coach the Accounting team, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
- Partner with the Deputy CFO to provide sound accounting guidance and business-relevant insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to commute to Stockholm, Sweden for the hybrid work arrangement.
- 7+ years of experience in accounting roles, ideally within an international environment or group accounting.
- Hands-on accounting and tax experience with Swedish entities (required).
- Proven experience in guiding and leading teams to support organizational change.
- Professional written and spoken fluency in both Swedish and English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
