What you will do

• Own end-to-end fund accounting, including valuations, capital calls, and investor account statements.
• Lead the annual closing process, financial statements, and tax reporting for all Nordic entities.
• Drive monthly financial reporting and performance analysis for local Partners and the global finance team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across Nordic operating companies and funds.
• Manage and mentor the Finance Associate, setting priorities and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure full compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements across all Nordic jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or fund operations with a history of owning a function.
• Strong working knowledge of fund accounting, valuations, and VC fund structures.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory and tax environments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members.
• Confident and credible communication skills for interacting with investors, regulators, and leadership.
• Must be based in central Stockholm.
