What you will do

• Perform daily internal verification checks to ensure portfolio account data accuracy within SLAs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and data feed processing exceptions.
• Maintain and optimize operational workflows to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Client Support and Solution Architects to resolve client data inquiries.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and implement new data quality tools.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives for new product offerings.

Requirements

• Experience in the financial investment/advisory industry.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, trade processing, and middle/back-office operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters.
