Software Engineer (Enterprise AI Platform): Build and evolve an enterprise AI platform to support organization-wide needs with an accent on agentic architectures, LangGraph, and multi-agent orchestration patterns. Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days in office). Ability to work on-site at approved location listed. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Build and evolve an enterprise AI platform and skills/tools workbench for cross-functional use.
• Create reusable AI capabilities and components, operating as a horizontal enablement team.
• Partner with teams to deliver tailored AI solutions aligned to business use cases.
• Lead complex technology initiatives with companywide impact, developing standards and best practices.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document large-scale technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical experts to resolve issues and lead projects or mentor peers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, with strong focus on Java/Spring development.
• 4 years of experience with React.
• 4+ years of experience in Python.
• 4+ years of experience in Angular.
• 1 year hands-on experience with LangGraph.
• 1 year with multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC; up to 10% travel; off-hours/weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with Kafka/S3/Dremio/Vault/EPLX.
• 2+ years of experience with Pyspark.
• 2+ years in Agile environment and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 2+ years developing/deploying AI-powered tools, chatbots, or agentic workflows.
• 2+ years in Financial Industry; excellent communication and analytical skills.
