What you will do

• Build and maintain scripts, tools, and automated workflows using Python to reduce manual effort in study setup and handover.
• Configure and optimize the UTS platform to standardize and streamline study delivery processes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of internal automation solutions, including CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Integrate AI, LLMs, and Generative AI to improve operational efficiency in document generation and data extraction.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and delivery using tools like Pandas.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on modern engineering, automation, and AI practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or technical delivery focused on automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building scripts and automated workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK).
• Practical experience applying AI, LLMs, or Generative AI solutions (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Claude Code).
• Knowledge of data processing and integrations including APIs, Excel, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with the UTS (Unified Trial Solution) platform.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate or Logic Apps.
