VP, Cyber Threat Intelligence (Cybersecurity): Leading hirify.global’s global threat intelligence strategy, capabilities, and operations with an accent on transforming raw threat data into actionable intelligence for security operations and executive decision-making. Focus on building and scaling CTI programs, integrating intelligence into SOC tooling, and providing strategic briefings to leadership.

Location: Remote (US, Maryland-Home Office). Ability to manage global teams across multiple time zones. Occasional travel to global offices. Availability outside standard business hours during incidents.

Salary: $230,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise CTI vision, roadmap, and operating model aligned with SOC and business goals.
• Deliver actionable intelligence for SOC detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat hunting.
• Oversee intelligence lifecycle, platforms, automation, and integration into security tools like SIEM, SOAR, EDR.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team of analysts, establishing training and standards.
• Manage external partnerships with vendors, ISACs, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance and support enterprise risk management and crisis planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years in cybersecurity with leadership in CTI, SOC, or incident response.
• Proven experience building enterprise-scale CTI programs.
• Deep knowledge of adversary TTPs, MITRE ATT&CK, kill chains, and threat actors.
• Strong executive communication to translate intelligence into business risk.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Occasional travel and availability outside business hours for incidents.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries like financial services.
• Briefing boards or regulators.
• Familiarity with nation-state and cybercrime threats.
• Certifications: CISSP, GCTI, CISM.
• Advanced degree in cybersecurity or related field.
