What you will do

• Lead complex behavioral analyses and deep performance investigations to shape product strategy and optimization.
• Design and implement advanced measurement frameworks, including cohort, retention, and segmentation analyses.
• Define and oversee experimentation standards to ensure statistical validity and consistency across A/B testing initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product Analytics and Data/BI teams to align on data requirements and taxonomy design.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor and coach other analysts in statistical thinking and professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing, regression, and segmentation.
• Proven experience leading experimentation and A/B testing initiatives.
• English: B2 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehousing solutions such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Python or R.
• Experience building data models or exposure to machine learning use cases.
