What you will do

• Own and lead analytics for Trading Solutions product area.
• Identify growth opportunities and generate hypotheses to improve key metrics.
• Analyze product changes and evaluate initiatives.
• Build dashboard system and alerting framework for metric monitoring.
• Create analytical tools, A/B testing, data logging, and processes.
• Develop culture of experimentation and hypothesis validation.

Requirements

• 4+ years as data/product analyst.
• Excellent SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python beyond standard analytics.
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
• Strong statistics understanding.
• Passion for systematization and organization.

Nice to have

• Hands-on with experiments and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with ETL principles.
• Experience with GitLab and Airflow.
• Experience in tech companies like VK, Yandex, Avito.
