What you will do

• Monitor sustainability regulations, market trends, and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to annual sustainability reporting, including CSRD preparation and materiality assessments
• Design and edit sustainability publications in coordination with other departments
• Create, update, and improve sustainability documents
• Organise meetings, trainings, and workshops
• Support strategic projects in decarbonisation, circularity, and local initiatives

Requirements

• Enrolled Master’s student in sustainability management or related field (circular economy, energy, climate change)
• First practical experience in sustainability management or reporting
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainability
• Very good knowledge of English and German, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and levels
• Independent working style, organisational skills, and analytical thinking

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of sustainability regulations like CSRD or EU Taxonomy
• Experience with Adobe, SharePoint, or Power BI
• Basic knowledge of dashboard or visualisation tools
