What you will do
- Act as primary liaison between Product Analytics and Data/BI teams, aligning on data needs and priorities.
- Define data requirements, support event taxonomy design, and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
- Support scalable reporting, dataset optimization, and product roadmap prioritization through data-driven insights.
- Define and oversee experimentation standards, review results for statistical validity, and coach analysts on analytical frameworks.
- Translate complex analyses into clear strategic recommendations and present to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor Product Analytics Analysts in technical and professional growth.
Requirements
- B2 English level
- 3–4 years of experience in web analytics, product analytics, or growth analytics.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Strong understanding of web funnels, conversion metrics, behavioral tracking, and A/B testing concepts.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and BI tools; ability to analyze datasets and interpret experiment results.
- Experience collaborating in remote or distributed team environments and cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise or gaming environments.
- SQL knowledge and analyzing experimentation results.
- Familiarity with feature flagging and UX measurement.
